Vegetables

Winter weather inspires me to eat warm vegetables. Tonight, I cheated with a pre-skillet mix from the store. With this cheat, came some inspiration.

I love cooked carrots and do not like eating them unless they are cut in matchstick form—such as in a chopped salad kit.

Next week's goal is to make cooked carrots in a skillet meal with a homemade sauce—from scratch. The end goal is to blog this and publish it on a recipe site. In my brain, I envision some caramelization, white sauce, a pepper blend...
