In summary, I can bake, but I am not great at skillet stuff and have burned eggs for 31 years. (I was not allowed in the kitchen for hired help until age nine.)
This morning, I insisted on making scrambled eggs 🍳 "my way" with tricks I learned from TV 📺 celebrities.
I sent my mom a text with the good news! "Perfect scrambled eggs just happened. I whisked then with a knife 🔪 after putting 2 Tbsp of Earth Balance in the pan with ground sea salt. "
