I have prayed fervently for years that this scourge would go away. All I did was lose 80 pounds by Keto and take a magnesium supplement. Also, I did take Levothyroxine. Additionally, I also learned to chillax and leave unreasonably stressful environments. Idid not go Gluten free. I do eat vegetables and work out.
